What is Scratch at GSA?
Scratch is an opportunity for third year graduating acting students to form companies and make their own work. They have created six companies and are presenting two short films and four short performances. These “work in progress” presentations are a fantastic chance for students to take risks, try out bold, innovative ideas in collaboration with their peers and even take on new roles such as writer and director within the creative process.
The audience is an essential part of the Scratch process. One of the main purposes of Scratch is to receive feedback from the audience, so each company has created a questionnaire inviting you to comment on aspects of their work. This feedback may help them to take the work to the next stage of development. You are warmly invited to join in the conversation at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Scratch – we’d love to hear from you.
