The Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree is recognised globally as the gold-standard award in arts disciplines, and, as such, holders of the MFA Acting degree must demonstrate experience and expertise in a range of performance styles, from Shakespeare to contemporary classic, from film to family show. This project, Better Than Death is the result of this year’s New Writing project, an exciting collaboration between our graduating class of MFA Actors, the acclaimed playwright Nick Revell, and director and theatremaker Grainne Byrne.  Commissioned by GSA especially for the MFA Acting class of 2021, this anarchic adaptation of Grimms’ The Musicians of Bremen may raise a few eyebrows, as well as many smiles...
